About Yiannis Studios
Yiannis Apartments is situated in Adelianos Kampos, a tranquil seaside suburb of Rethymno, just 6km from the city. 
The apartments are uniquely positioned only 50m away from sandy beach with watersports facilities and a seaside bar. They were fully renovated to the highest standard in 2016. The surrounding area also offers a wide selection of bars, restaurants shops, supermarkets as well as a mini-golf course (200 m), tennis courts (500m) and a kart racetrack (1.5 km). Buses to Rethymno stop in front of the apartments and run every 10 minutes. Guests in Yiannis Apartments can enjoy glorious sunsets over a drink at their own veranda and kids can spend endless hours enjoying the adjacent beach. They can even BBQ at the apartments’ garden should they wish to explore their culinary side! Double Studios Sea view are on the first floor and they may accommodate 1-2 persons,
and if it’s necessary we provide an extra-bed or for families with young children we can also offer baby cots.
Pets are allowed only after contact.
The studios (25 m² each) are equipped with kitchen utensils/stoves, refrigerator, boiler, coffee maker, squeezer, safe, air-condition, television, hair-dryer, sheets and towels.

The One Bedroom apartments are on the ground floor and accommodate up to 4 persons, (3 beds and one sofa-bed). For families with young children we can also offer baby cots. Pets are allowed only after contact.
The One-Bedroom apartments (40 m² each) are equipped with kitchen utensils/stoves, refrigerator, boiler, coffee maker, squeezer, safe, air-condition, television, hair-dryer, sheets/towels, separate balcony overlooking the garden and the sea.

Η επιχείρηση ΠΡΟΚΟΠΑΚΗ ΠΟΛΥΞΕΝΗ . που εδρεύει στην Περιφέρεια Κρήτης εντάχθηκε στη δράση «3.c.4 «Ενίσχυση Μικρών και Πολύ Μικρών Επιχειρήσεων που επλήγησαν από την πανδημία Covid-19 στην Περιφέρεια Κρήτης».
Η Δράση στοχεύει στην παροχή ενίσχυσης των πολύ μικρών και μικρών επιχειρήσεων της Περιφέρειας Κρήτης με τη μορφή της μη επιστρεπτέας επιχορήγησης για τη διασφάλιση επαρκούς ρευστότητας για την αντιμετώπιση των επιπτώσεων της πανδημίας Covid-19.
Ο συνολικός προϋπολογισμός (100% Δημόσια Δαπάνη) της επένδυσης με κωδικό ΚΡΗΕ5-0291511 είναι 25331,39 €, και συγχρηματοδοτείται από το Ευρωπαϊκό Ταμείο Περιφερειακής Ανάπτυξης (ΕΤΠΑ) της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΕΕ) και Εθνικούς Πόρους στο πλαίσιο του Επιχειρησιακού Προγράμματος «Κρήτη» 2014-2020.
